WITVA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION (pdf)
DownloadWITVA membership is open to women artists, friends of artists and art enthusiasts. A member is in good standing if that member has paid their dues and has abided by the rules and regulations of the organization as written in the bylaws.
Any WITVA member in good standing may apply for a critique session to qualify as an Artist Exhibitor. The process involves an application fee, a biography, an artist statement and four to six photos of the artist’s work.
The Critique Circle artists will decide criteria for evaluation and feedback. A group leader is chosen from a like discipline as the applicant and will provide guidance during the critique session. Each piece of art is given individual attention. Each critique artist provides feedback for artistic growth and to prepare the applicant for WITVA exhibits. The critique is written prior to the session and is given to the applicant at the end of the critique.
